This is a website created by real scientists from rural communities in the United States. While pursuing their dreams they realized that starting out from a rural community made their path more rocky due to lack of resources, experiences, role models and community expectations. However, they believe that the experiences they had could make the path a little smoother for future scientists and medical professionals. This website was designed to be a well of information and inspiration built from the DNA of Rural Scientists.
